Eco Battery Warranty

Thank you for choosing the best, Eco Battery Lithium from Joe’s Carts. ICON, EPIC, ActivEV and VENOM carts sold by Joe’s Carts beginning in 2026 are equipped with GEN 3 Eco Batteries.

ECO Capital, Inc., a Texas corporation (“ECO Capital”), warrants each Eco Battery-branded Gen 3 battery (each, a “Battery”) sold by ECO Capital or any of its authorized distributors or dealers to be free from manufacturer defects in material or workmanship from the date of sale, as determined by the buyer’s sales receipt (the “Warranty Period”), subject to the terms outlined in ECO Capital’s Limited Warranty.

GEN 2 Eco Battery versions include an 8-year limited warranty period (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
