The diagnostic service is for diagnosing a cart’s issues and includes up to 30 mins of testing/diagnosing. Additional time is charged in 30-minute increments at $50 per half-hour ($100/hour). Diagnosis or issue resolution is not guaranteed. This service fee does not apply to the repair and is for diagnosis only.
Preventative maintenance is a recommended service for well-functioning carts and includes up to 90 minutes of work. Additional time is charged in 30-minute increments at $50 per half-hour ($100/hour). Our team will inspect, test, make minor adjustments, lubricate, and test drive your cart to ensure it’s in top condition. The typical service covers the items listed below, but let us know if you have specific requests. We recommend this service at least once a year or every 500 miles. This service is not intended for carts with existing issues or that are not running properly.
The repair service addresses diagnosed issues and is billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per half-hour ($100/hour) plus the cost of parts and applicable tax. Repairs can be done on-site after diagnosis or during a return visit (which may incur additional charges). The diagnostic fee is separate and not applied to the repair service.
The damage assessment covers carts involved in accidents or damage and includes 60 minutes of diagnostics and administrative work to estimate repair costs. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per half-hour ($100/hour). Customers will be informed of repair costs and can decide whether to proceed. The assessment fee is not applied to repair costs.

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund, and are available as a check for pickup at Joe’s Carts – Summerville during business hours. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
