VERDI Carts Warranty
Warranty Details
VERDI Motors Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser that each new VERDI electric
vehicle sold by an authorized VERDI dealer will be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal residential or commercial use, subject to the terms and
conditions outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
The following components are covered from the original retail purchase date:
- Chassis & Frame: 10-Year Limited Warranty
- Lithium Battery: 5-Year Limited Warranty
- Motor & Controller: 2-Year Limited Warranty
- Other Major Components & Electrical Components: 2-Year Limited Warranty
Warranty coverage begins on the date of retail purchase from an authorized VERDI dealer.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Routine maintenance and normal wear items
- Tires, brake pads, windshields, seats, bulbs, and cosmetic deterioration
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or vandalism
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Vehicles modified beyond factory specifications, including speed modifications
- Use of non-OEM parts or accessories not approved by VERDI Motors
Warranty coverage may also be void if VIN labels, serial numbers, or certification labels are removed or altered.
Commercial / Rental Usage
Vehicles used for rental, commercial fleet, or excessive-use applications may have adjusted warranty coverage depending on usage conditions.
Non-Transferable
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
Important Safety Notice
Any modification that alters the vehicle’s speed, braking system, electrical system,
stability, or overall operation beyond factory specifications may void warranty coverage
and could affect vehicle safety.
